American Music Awards 2014

Autora Convidada: Amanda Marquette

O American Music Awards 2014 aconteceu nesse domingo, 23, em Los Angeles, e reuniu os maiores astros da música no palco do teatro Nokia.

Além de ser a homenageada da noite e ganhar o prêmio especial do American Music Awards 2014, Taylor Swift abriu a premiação em grande estilo cantando a música Blank Space. Quem apareceu também foi a Selena Gomes, depois de um tempo afastada dos palcos, cantou The Heart Wants What It Wants que é a nova musica de trabalho e deixou a homenageada da noite emocionada.

Ariana Grande também fez sua apresentação cantando Problem, começando apenas com piano e um saxofone acompanhando também no refrão. Depois, Ariana emendou Break Free e Love Me Harder, fazendo, assim, um Medley.

Ariana também se apresentou junto com Jessie J e Nicki Minaj na música delas em conjunto Bang Bang. Inclusive, Ariana foi criticada por alguns pela exploração da sexualidade na sua apresentação. (Caso você queira dar uma espiadinha...)

Jennifer Lopez e Iggy Azalea (a grande vencedora da noite) arrasaram no palco ao interpretar a música Booty e Lorde cantou a música Yellow Flicker Beat, que faz parte da  trilha sonora de Jogos Vorazes: A Esperança – Parte 1.
